Recipes: Customer Submissions (March)

We love getting pictures of the awesome meals our customers are making with our products, thanks to Chris and Ashely, we have some great recipes to share!

Kyle’s Tuna Poke

Garlic peppercorn tuna poke bowl with greens, tomato, avocado, edamame, quinoa, pomegranate, cucumber, Green Farm Pea Shoots, and cilantro.

All topped off with Valentina hot sauce, soy sauce, and blueberry hot sauce.


Chris’s Harissa Chicken

Local free-range chicken cooked in harissa paste and 2L chicken stock, one onion, salt and pepper. Removed from slow cooker after 14 hours. Liquids reduced down over 4 hours, carrots cooked in liquid for 45 minutes, removed, the sauce thickened with 1/4c unbleached flour, cooked down another 30 minutes while rice cooked. Local spinach wilted. Local cilantro micro greens. Sumac flakes over chicken.
